Men’s Life Coach

Individual Coaching:

The Certified Life Coach is not a licensed counselor but is a trained professional who specializes in helping individuals identify and reach personal and spiritual goals. Our life Coach working with men in the area of sex addiction recovery brings both formal training and life experience to his work. He has received certification through the American Association of Christian Counselors and has invested years walking alongside men who are working toward freedom and wholeness. The emphasis of life coaching is on accountability, encouragement, and forward momentum in personal recovery and growth. While not providing clinical counseling, the Life Coach compliments our licensed counseling team by offering practical guidance, biblical encouragement, and one-on-one support tailored to the unique challenges men face in overcoming addictive struggles.

7 Pillars of Freedom Group:

This group is led by a trained Life Coach who specializes in walking alongside men struggling with sexual addiction. Using the 7 Pillars of Freedom curriculum, participants will gain practical tools, accountability, and Christ-centered encouragement to break destructive patterns and move toward lasting freedom.

A safe, confidential, and grace-filled environment for men.
Guided structure from a Life Coach with expertise in sexual addiction recovery.
Biblical principles and discipleship integrated with the 7 Pillars curriculum.
Peer support and accountability to help each man walk out his journey toward healing.

This group is designed for men who are ready to pursue transformation through God’s truth and supportive community.

All new clients must fill out the intake and consent forms before attending their first session. All sessions will be 50 minutes unless otherwise stated by the counselor. During the intake session, counselors will evaluate the nature of personal needs and difficulties, discover goals for therapy and recommend the course of counseling. For children’s initial sessions, the child’s legal guardian is required to attend.

Charles Vesperman

Charles received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts Studies (Art Education) from University of Texas and spent 27 years in the school system as an art teacher. Charles wanted to expand on his years of pastoral ministry experience helping men find restoration from sexual addiction and unwanted sexual behaviors. As a result, he received training from International Christian Coaches Association to become a certified life coach.

Using Pure Desire Ministries’ 7 Pillars of Freedom material, Charles brings a Biblically-based, clinically informed method for restoration and healing to men who have been caught in a cycle of shame and despair.

Charles has been married for 33 years, has 2 children, and one grandchild.
